Battlefield vs. Call Of Duty

Story by Moises Labrador

There has been much debate on what game is better Call of Duty and Battlefield. Many people now a day think that battlefield is better but there are still some that think Call of Duty is still a sensation. Jordan Wood says that he plays Cod because there are more popular and a lot more game modes.

People enjoy Battlefield more because they find the game more realistic. However, “Call of Duty has more fun game modes to play on”, says Jordan Wood. Drake Strange only enjoys COD because he likes to mess with all the little “Squeakers” that he likes to talk to. Technology wise “Battlefield has a better engine” commented Wood.  Multiplayer wise is COD has small maps and the objective is more to just kill everyone on the other team, in Battlefield there seems to be more interaction with the map. Such as you can blow up buildings, have a more variety of vehicles and in weapons. COD has the same weapons as the previous game but it has just as fun modes.

Yes, Battlefield might have bigger map and you can bring down buildings but the debris is annoying. COD keeps is simple and fun, also it’s more competitive. In both games there is a kill death ratio but in COD people compete for the best K/D ratio. In COD, the game is simple, the kill streaks are awesome but not like in BF4 where you could ride the kill streaks you get. COD players don’t really get the interaction with the map BF4 players get. Although they have the same weapons they upgrade everything and make it even better than before to keep it fun.

In COD the servers glitch more even though in BF4 there are more ways that it could glitch such as the way you can bring down buildings and the vehicles you can drive.  BF4 keeps first person shooters interesting, with more things to do however since COD has been around longer people stick to it. Even as they know that it’s dying and getting overtaken by BF4.
