T.V show being filmed in Auburn

People would think that most movies would be filmed in luxurious places, such as New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, etc. What people wouldn’t expect anything to be filmed in the little town of Auburn. Well, think again; Auburn is going to be the home of the new show “Solitary Moment.”

“Solitary Moment” is about an average American girl living with an average American family. She lives in constant fear every single day, doesn’t fit in at school land gets picked on a lot.

However, her family favors her younger brother over her. When they grace her brother with gifts and attention, her parents plainly ignore her and show her nothing with disrespect. Wishing and trying to end it all, nobody will remember her and they would have feelings of guilt for making her resort to suicide. The film is currently being filmed by Dream Works Studios. Some think that the plot is not up to their expectations.

“I think it’s ok, but it’s not the typical show I would watch,” said sophomore Ryan Dawson.

Currently, the show is set to be filmed off of Dry Creek Road as well as Placer High School.   Only a select few of teachers are going to be expected in this role; However none have officially been selected.

People of Auburn show nothing but pure excitement and shock when they heard a show is coming to Auburn.

“It would be very dramatic,” said sophomore Lindsay Holden.

When the show is to air, people say that they may check it out and give it a shot.

“I’d check it out,” said Dawson.

            “Probably not,” said Holden.

The show is still in planning mode and a lot of the show material save not been confirmed. Dream Works is going to release the girl’s name and the when and where tryouts are going to be held.

Whether or not Dream Works actually decides to go through this, only two words can describe this: April Fool’s.
